I hope they were there in off-season. Orlando and Anaheim would be miserable in those costumes a good chunk of the year.
Unless you live significantly closer to LA or have family there, I don't understand the point of going to Disneyland every year when you're already going to WDW every year. But I still haven't been to WDW. Is it more expensive?
Nope. Not more expensive. But there's not that much more to do either, it's just more spread out. I'd much rather go to Disneyland every year than WDW.
I like the dress with Little Mermaid images on it. It's the perfect compromise: cute little dress, but is festive with Disney on it. I'm actually surprised that she was allowed to wear such a simple dress. Also, something an adult could wear if they wanted to be Disneyfied
I mean, I sort of get the allure of dressing up if you're allowed. Its why I hit up RennFest every year in costume, because being in costume, especially in a make-believe world is FUN. But multiple costumes changes within the same day just to get X amount of pictures with all the cast members? Eeeurgghhh. No thank you! I'm so so curious as to how long this will continue. What will Mom come up with this year?! eta: Ok Disneybounding looks like fun. Its like what I do for Halloween about every year.
Ok, so I went searching, and this one is pretty cute. I love love love that the mom chose some "off the wall" characters/outfits for her daughter to wear. Not just gobs of princesses. http://blogs.disney.com/disney-styl...most-amazing-disney-costumes-youve-ever-seen/
I sort of go disneybounding some times (but my priority is comfort, so like sneakers, green shorts, purple tank top), and at a comic expo a couple weeks ago I wore my unicorn horn. I regret nothing.
