Cold brew, iced americano, anything like that with the salted foam on top.....
I bought a huge bottle of Starbucks cold brew from Target yesterday. That's like basic squared.
I would not have guessed this about you, that you don't already own a pair. Or many pairs.
@TaterTot I am a late adopter.
Well wear them and report back immediately!!! I have collected five pairs I think, and the quality varies so much by fabric and date purchased. Honestly dunno if I like them.
This could also go into first world problems but I wish I could find a coffee that tastes like it was brewed cold. The cold brew has a lovely, distinct flavor that is missing from so many hot cups of coffee.
I was just thinking this as I sipped my Starbucks Cold Brew with Soy in my freezing air conditioned office. Wearing my basic AF Keds, J. Crew skirt, and Target cardigan.
Ngl I have been known to make cold brew and microwave it if it’s chilly.
The lulu leggings have definitely decreased in quality from the early days. I do like some of their other clothing and accessories, but I personally feel like I can get as good if not better leggings for cheaper from Old Navy, Gap, Nike, etc.
You live that best life over there Fitz.
I want to try cold brew but I'm pretty sure the caffeine would send my anxiety straight into panic attack mode.
@CoolWife does it maintain the taste? I've been considering that.
Yes! It’s super smooth and delicious.
@Comet FWIW my rooster reallllllllllly likes them. So I do wear them.
Ok, good. I was thinking about rewarding myself with a pair of Lulus once I get to my goal weight, but I like my Old Navy activewear leggings, so I might just stick with those.
@nym711 I would choose a different lulu item for a reward. They have great hoodies/zip ups and I do like their scarves and some other accessories. Their sports bras were also great, but I haven’t got one in a few years between being pregnant or nursing for most of that.
It's probably (definitely) better for my wallet if I don't like them. I will report back when they get here.
@Fitz I have a cold brew pitcher I make at home and the directions say you can also heat it on the stove top to drink it hot too if you make it at home.
I've never tasted cold brew. Don't take my Basic card.
Wow that’s so bizarrely aggressive. They never have it at the Sbux in the mall and that’s just life.
I mean, I feel like someone who works in close proximity would be the realest of customers. I go to the closest coffee spot like 3-5x/week at work.
Are you saying I'm aggressive or they were? I wasn't aggressive to them at all. It was just really offputting to be told they had it but I couldn't have any, so I stopped trying after a few attempts.
The happy ending of this story is that I made friends with the baristas Barnes and Noble cafe, which does not stock cold brew, but sometimes they would give me a free cookie or something.
Not you @A. Ham! Them!
.. I guess I see how that reads. I just meant if they sell it to someone else first idgaf.
Except you're paying full freight for their vittles, so by definition you are. Assholes!
Confident @CoolWife is not on the baristas' side here. They're being aggressive by flat out denying you your order. WTF.
I see I see! I was wondering if maybe I came across as an asshole in my post.
No that’s some soup nazi bullshit.
“Grande cold brew please”
