Making this tonight with some of our fresh picked Thai chilies!
We both got our eyes dilated and don’t feel like cooking, plus I only have 30 minutes before my virtual class paint night, so frozen pizza it is.
Chicken adobo, which I have not made in a surprisingly long time.
@allmaple THANK YOU for that recipe! It’s legit the first time I’ve ever made a peanut sauce like this that I actually *liked*!
Chinese delivery. Duck in black bean sauce, beef and pineapple, vegetable chow mein. I'm still trying British Chinese food which is really different, and seeing what I like from that.
So the stuff we got tonight is all good. I'll have to try some other stuff too, but I have to remember that the black bean sauce was the best.

We are out and I’m having some cilantro lime tacos and the weather is perfect and Lucy’s ear floof is blowing in the breeze and life is good.
Pasta with zucchini, bell peppers and tomatoes because that’s what I have to use up.
Greek chicken thighs, lemon roasted potatoes, and asparagus.
I was gonnnnnna make veggie tacos but then we cleaned out a bunch of the garage and I’m sweaty and tired so we’re gonna order pizza. Tacos tomorrow.

Grilling again today, we have hoisin duck burgers, onion sausages, spicy halloumi skewers, Portobello mushrooms, and salad. (There will be leftovers for lunch tomorrow, lol)
Yesterday we had lunch in the park from this Latin American place (it has food from lots of countries) and the sangria there comes with a little tapas, it was a chimichurri mushroom and it was so good we need to make it for ourselves immediately.
Never thought to put chimichurri on a mushroom but that sounds super good.
Soo good!! We put chimichurri and soy sauce on before grilling, they were great.
Turkey chili with rice and guac made with cilantro I grew
I saw a FB targeted ad about a food truck with “Japanese comfort food” that will be in my neighborhood and delivering tonight. Like fried chicken with Japanese flavors.
All Japanese food is comfort food. Every Hayao Miyazaki film is proof of this.
I just used the phrase on their website.
Anyways, it was delicious.
