Dr Pepper pulled pork with tomatillo ranch slaw
I had Dr. Pepper pork for the first time the other day. So yummy!
Short ribs braised in red wine, cauliflower mash, corn on the cob. Already hungry.
I’ve been promised a tomahawk steak. We’ll see.

WW has the most kickass Chicken Pad Thai recipe. Every time we make it, it’s like “why can’t we just eat this EVERY night.”

Do you REALLY like that much fish sauce in it? That’s one ingredient I am always skeptical on if a recipe calls for more than like a teaspoon lol.
Honestly, I’ll have to ask G. He makes it, I eat it.
Did you find out if he really uses that much? I'm adding this to this week's meal plan and going grocery shopping this afternoon.
@Erie I did! He said he used the amount the recipe called for.
Hmmmmm. I am not a big fan of fish sauce lol. I think when we make it this week I’ll try a smaller amount and see how it goes. Thank you!!
I can't have most fish sauce because of allergies and depending on the recipe we use vegetable stock or soy sauce as a sub. So that's always an option too.
Tamari can sub for fish sauce - that’s what I do to veganize curry recipes.
This was my thought, use a tiny bit of fish sauce and the rest Tamari.
Beef, zucchini, and broccoli Goan curry. A was trying to get cauliflower and couldn't, and we've just seen on the news there's a cauliflower shortage. Our ability to cope is already being tested and we haven't even had Brexit yet haha.
