Weight Watchers

    That’s awesome @yesmaster congrats on all your hard work!

    I am trying to decide if I want to pay for WW again or just try to do the same things I did last time I was on it (which worked, I lost 30 lbs). I’ve put 10 lbs back on since mid March when the world went to hell and I stopped being as active and started drinking more and eating worse.

    I think I could be successful doing that for a short time but not forever. I'm a creature of habit, so I have the same breakfast and mid day snack almost every weekday. It leaves me enough points for a reasonably sized dinner and a small snack or glass of wine/beer in the evening. I imagine I could keep that going but once things go back to normal and I can go out into the world again there will be office donuts, drinks after theatre rehearsals, birthday cakes, team lunches... then I think I would fall off track and no longer be able to mentally add up points to stay within a range
