They’re very high in fat
But so delicious. Nearly everything that is tasty has points.
I'm three days away from being on WW for the past three months, and I'm at 14 pounds down. I think I'm going to stop going at another 2-5 lbs, which might take a few months anyway.
Way to go, Nym. You did the damn thing.
I was shocked when I looked up the Impossible Burger and 3 oz equaled 8 points.
Yeah, S bought two patties and asked if I wanted one. I scanned it and said no thanks.
I started back today. Took a weight. I didn’t gain anything at all in a month of unchecked eating and drinking but somehow had been on a plateau for like 3 weeks before I stopped?? K.
Does ww encourage diet breaks?
A diet break strategically placedoften helps me. Sometimes your body is just so tired of losing weight I think.
@HBC this should be in the Rave thread.
I shouldn’t complain but I’m so mad about those 3 weeks!
I plateaued for three weeks before losing three pounds in a week and a half. I hope this break helps you over the plateau.
I dipped into a new decade today. I haven't been in this decade since I was a teenager. I was fluffier then and did not work out at all.
I fell off the wagon bad. But I started back up yesterday and already feel better.
I'm having a really hard time getting back on. I had a dream that I lost a bunch of weight while still eating junk and was like "see? I don't need weight watchers."
Obviously just a dream I struggle so hard between wanting to feel comfortable with my body and wanting to enjoy eating. If only I could pick and choose where my weight was distributed, as the number on the scale itself doesn't super bother me.
Sorry A&O. That is the dream.
I apologize for possibly repeating a question. Has anyone here ever done the meetings portion of WW or a similar program? I feel like I'm finally in a place mentally where I am strong enough to try weight loss again, but I know already that I need an in-person kind of support.
I personally havent.
