She’s a good girl even if she’s a hot mess at times. I will warn daycare that she’s extra snoozy today.
Aw poor girl. Glad she seems to be doing a little better!
Try this training program for relaxation:
That looks great, thank you! I did various things to distract her - walking with me down the hall to take the garbage out, doing her treat puzzle, Kong with peanut butter... in those moments I could see that being focused on something else was helping her, but this program sounds great for a more sustained campaign.
Poor sweet Lucy.
So Ben did not like the heated bed. It came today so I decided to give it to him early and he wanted nothing to do with it. The heating pad I use for my back gives off more heat on the lowest setting than the bed does. I think he just couldn’t feel the warmth in the heated bed. Returning tomorrow.
@Canaligator I’m glad Lucy was feeling better today.
The mutts went to see Santa yesterday at a fundraiser.
Astrid ended up being scared of Santa so I didn’t make her take a photo, but here’s she is in the car beforehand all excited:
Milton looks Soo happy. Such a good boy (i mean they're all great of course but he stole the show here)
Sweet Milton doesn’t know how to be anything but happy anymore
@HBC I swear every time you foster a new dog you make my heart grow two more sizes.
@Fitz my heart, too
Lucy puked up a hairball at 4am this morning (?!). I mean she is very cat like but this is taking it a bit far! She seemed 100% ok afterward, so she went to daycare and had a good day cuddling with her old, blind fren Tula the Dominican street dog.
I love that they have human furniture for them to lounge on.
My heart is about to burst at those pics @Canaligator
Eva finally got a bath and is again the fluffiest.
We also found a sort of bougie pet store pretty close to home that has diy dog bathing for $12! We even got a special card that’s $50 for 5.
She is majestic AF.
Eva! You blonde bombshell!
SpiderManny SpiderManny, does whatever a spider can
The dogs love their new beds so much they won’t come downstairs and have gone to bed w/o us. (60% off BF!)
What good boys!
Hazel is nervous in the car so Kit has spent this whole ride with her chin and paw on her sister’s back to calm her down.
