Ok but there’s gonna be like a LOT of barking.
Tbf that’ll be mostly me on beef taco night.
Chicken parm with garlic bread
Burgers with ground beef from a friend’s family farm, veggie tots
Some sort of stir fry situation
Shrimp fettuccine alfredo
Pizza a la Digiorno
We’re getting me through NICU but it ain’t glamorous folks
Using up leftover crudités
Chicken noodle soup with extra carrots and celery
Leftover chicken—> tacos with lettuce and cherry tomatoes, black beans.
Pork chops, sautéed sugar snap peas, parsley butter brown rice
Snacks/lunch: Turkey sammies, salads, and cucumber sticks with ranch
Monday (today): stir fry with chicken and whatever veggies we had in the fridge
Tuesday: garlic butter turkey meatballs (https://www.eatwell101.com/garlic-butter-meatballs-with-lemon-zucchini-noodles) over regular egg noodles and with zucchini fries (https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/236302/baked-zucchini-fries/)
Wednesday: instant pot buffalo chicken sliders (https://www.delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/a27290041/instant-pot-buffalo-chicken-recipe/) and frozen fries
Thursday: French onion chicken (https://www.delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/recipes/a58148/french-onion-chicken-recipe/) over mashed potatoes
Friday: dinner out for our fifth anniversary
Sunday: spaghetti and meatballs in tomato sauce with veggies
Monday: tuna noodle casserole
Tonight: chorizo and veggie bake over rice
Tomorrow: date night, probably Pizza Express because we have a coupon
Thursday: Thai inspired salmon with mushrooms and pineapple, from a recipe book by someone who also misses NYC eats
Friday: pumpkin, goat cheese, and spinach tart (and figs if I can get some)
Cheesesteak stuffed peppers
Swedish meatballs with egg noodles
BBQ bourbon pork chops with zucchini
Creamy tortellini soup
Red lentil veggie soup
Buffalo cauliflower and coleslaw
Thai style chicken and broccoli
Couldn't get figs and it was more of a gallette but this was great. I need to do more savory pastry dinners this winter.
