Classic: Cinderella or Alice in Wonderland
Renaissance: The Lion King
Live action: Mighty Ducks
DCOM/Marvel/Star Wars: ...
Oh I forgot Marvel! I would go with Iron Man.
See, I’m not sure HSM 3 should count because it was actually released to the theaters (yes, I went to opening night LOL).
We also went to see it in theater
mine is brave. Or Tarzan.
We're trying out Princess and the Frog today!
Classic: Lady and the Tramp
Disney renaissance: The Lion King
Live Action: Homeward Bound
Star Wars: Last of the Jedi
Marvel: Infinity War
Report back at how she handles the voodoo scene
Classic (pre 1989)- Robin Hood or Sleeping Beauty.
Renaissance (1989-1999): Mulan.
Modern (2000- now): Tangled or Frozen 2. I really like Frozen 2. I hate how much I like Frozen 2.
Pixar: Inside Out.
Live Action: Uhh... Enchanted, I guess?
Star Wars: Does "The Mandalorian" count or do I need to choose an actual movie? I'd probably choose Empire, then.
Marvel: Iron Man.
Alice in Wonderland (1951) needs no qualifier. Disney had nothing to do with the best Pixar/Star Wars/etc. movies. And the Disney renaissance ended with The Lion King, you overly-generous nostalgists. Pocahontas and The Hunchback of Notre Dame don’t deserve to be lumped in with their immediate predecessors.
@Honey yell at google!
(I HATE hunchback though).
Whats your fav Pixar only movie? Is it planes? Or planes fire and rescue? Because I know a toddler who’d watch with you
@Lh718 Ooh Homeward Bound is solid.
My most disliked Disney movie is Sword in the Stone. Aside from the one song where he gets turned into a fish, it’s terrible.
@Honey have you done the incredibles area at WDW? I heard DL has a better one, WDW is just an alley BUTTTT it has the BEST snacks.
She's doing well so far. I told her there were some scary scenes, so if she needs to sit on my lap then she should. Of course, she also peed on me so...
I also told her that Dr. Facilier is a not nice man.
Same, it's shit.
Yessss we got sky cinema a couple years ago just to watch it again (and got sucked in and kept it), we actually watched it again last night.
C really likes Fantasia and I just don't get it.
I love The Sword in the Stone and I can’t believe anyone who has seen Pete’s Dragon or The Black Cauldron could name anything else as least favorite.
No, but @calicat and I have been to the area in DCA. The Incredicoaster overlay on California Screamin’ is cute.
I feel like I enjoyed Hunchback just because it’s surprisingly dark. It’s been a good ten years since I’ve seen it, but I remember thinking “this is more for adults than kids...”
My favorite is Inside Out. It really makes me think, and helps even me out a little when I’m depressed.
It has no plot! I haven’t seen Pete’s Dragon in years. I like The Black Cauldron probably more than I should, partially because I like the book series.
What’s with all the Hunchback hate?!
ETA: Mighty Ducks!
Ok I didn’t think I had anything to contribute but Mighty Ducks reminded me that Miracle is a Disney film so I vote for that for all categories.
@megatron I had no idea that HSM3 was released in theaters! I only watched it several times because a little girl I nannied for LOVED it lol I'm going to have to google it or browse D+ to see if there's any other DCOMs I saw.
Peter Pan is my least favorite, if we're going there.
